Job Title: Senior Facets Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Facets Developer with a minimum of  years of hands-on experience in TriZetto Facets development and configuration. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting Facets-based healthcare applications, with a strong focus on claims processing, membership, billing, provider, and core system integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, configuration, and implementation of Facets modules (Claims, Membership, Billing, Provider, etc.)
• Develop complex stored procedures, PL/SQL scripts, and batch jobs to support custom business requirements.
• Work closely with business analysts, solution architects, and QA teams to ensure quality and timely delivery of Facets solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and participate in technical reviews.
• Develop and maintain Facets extensions, batch interfaces, APIs, and ETL processes for data integration.
• Perform performance tuning and troubleshoot system issues within the Facets environment.
• Assist in Facets upgrade projects, patch applications, and testing efforts.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all interfaces and customizations.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in TriZetto Facets application development and support.
• In-depth knowledge of Facets data model, architecture, and key modules (Claims, Billing, Enrollment, Provider, etc.).
• Strong experience in SQL Server / Oracle, including PL/SQL, T-SQL, stored procedures, triggers, and performance tuning.
• Proven experience in Facets extension development, HIPAA EDI transactions (837, 835, 270/271), and batch job development.
• Hands-on experience with Facets Integration Tools (FIT), Facets Workflow, NetworX, or Facets Configuration Tools.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in cross-functional development teams.
• Familiarity with healthcare payer operations and compliance standards (HIPAA, CMS, etc.).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Facets upgrade and migration projects.
• Knowledge of Web Services / APIs (REST/SOAP) for data exchange with Facets.
• Exposure to ETL tools (Informatica, SSIS) and reporting tools (SSRS, Power BI).
• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and version control systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
