Role Overview

The Office of Information Management is seeking a skilled .NET / SQL Server Programmer Developer to develop, maintain, and enhance multiple enterprise applications. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in an on-site, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance NET MVC and .NET Core applications
  • Design and develop web applications using C#, JavaScript, jQuery, and HTML
  • Perform SQL Server database design and development
  • Participate in application enhancements, bug fixes, and performance optimization
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Create and maintain technical documentation

Required Skills & Experience

  • C# .NET web application design and development 5+ years
  • NET MVC / .NET Core
  • SQL Server 2019+ SQL programming and database design
  • JavaScript and jQuery
  • HTML / Web design and development
  • Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with GitLab
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps
  • Experience working in Agile development environments
  • Knowledge of Microsoft M365, including:
    • Azure Cloud
    • Power Platform
  • Experience with Telerik UI components
