Job Details

Title: .NET Full stack Developer
Location: Florham Park, NJ (Onsite 3 days per week)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Mandatory Skills

  • .NET (6 8 years): Strong expertise in building scalable applications using .NET Framework / .NET Core.

  • SQL (4 5 years): Hands-on experience with database design, complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.

  • React (4 5 years): Proficiency in developing responsive UIs, managing state, and integrating with APIs.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • COBOL (0 3 years): Exposure to COBOL-based legacy systems is an advantage.

  • Technical Leadership (0 3 years): Ability to guide junior developers, perform code reviews, and contribute to design discussions.

  • AWS (0 3 years): Basic cloud knowledge; deploying and managing applications on AWS is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET, SQL, and React.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Optimize database queries and ensure overall application performance.

  • Implement UI/UX enhancements and ensure responsive web design.

  • Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance as needed.

  • (Optional) Support integration with legacy COBOL systems.

  • (Optional) Assist in cloud migration and automation efforts on AWS.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • Proven hands-on experience in .NET, SQL, and React (mandatory).

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile environment.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in leading small teams or mentoring junior developers.

  • Exposure to COBOL systems and AWS cloud environments.
