The Impact you will have in this role:

Being a part of the Digital Assets team, you will

In the first month, expect to:
  • Work on an isolated engineering challenge, such as implementing a new feature or fixing a bug in our .NET application. This is the place to get familiar with our codebase, make mistakes, and learn from them.
  • We will provide you with a comprehensive onboarding plan, including pair programming sessions, code reviews, and knowledge transfer sessions with senior engineers.

In the first three months, expect to:
  • You'll be working with our engineering team to develop and improve our .NET application. You'll have the opportunity to supply to the design, development, and testing of new features.
  • You will actively participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to your peers.

In the first year, expect to:
  • You'll become an integral part of our .NET engineering team and take ownership of various components and modules of our application.
  • You'll collaborate with multi-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet customer needs.


Your Primary Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement new features
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability
  • Identify and troubleshoot software defects and performance issues
  • Ensure compliance with coding standards and procedures
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve software development practices

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent experience

  • Proficiency in C# and .NET frameworks
  • Experience with web development technologies such as ASP.NET, MVC, and JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, etc.)
  • Knowledge of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL)
  • Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN)
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
