Salary Range: $130,000 - $170,000 per year
Locations: Kansas City, MO Salt Lake City, UT Reston, VA
Work Schedule: Hybrid (3-4 days on-site per week)
About the Role

We are seeking two experienced Electrical Engineers to join our team and contribute to industrial EPCm projects across various sectors including pulp and paper, chemicals, food and beverage, consumer products, and pharmaceuticals. This role involves electrical design, specification development, and on-site support for complex industrial facilities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design power distribution, lighting, and grounding systems for industrial facilities.
  • Develop conceptual layouts and sketches to optimize project efficiency.
  • Lead detailed phases of electrical engineering projects including planning, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Prepare equipment and construction specifications, contractor scope documents, and technical drawings.
  • Inspect installations for compliance with design, safety, and equipment standards.
  • Produce detailed engineering deliverables such as one-line diagrams, wiring schematics, panel layouts, motor schematics, and conduit/tray routing drawings.
  • Address grounding requirements including high resistance and isolated systems.
  • Provide on-site startup and commissioning support.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in medium and low-voltage electrical distribution design and installation.
  • Background in consulting engineering and construction for industrial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of NEC, ANSI, NEMA, and NFPA standards.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit.
  • Ability to manage on-site projects independently.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • PE license or EIT certification preferred (PE not required).
