Required Skills:
4+ years of professional UX/UI design experience.
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience with enterprise-level applications or financial products.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for collaboration with developers.
