Lead a team of professionals in the development and build of armatures, Design intent models and various other physical models in a fast-paced environment.

This position is responsible for the development and delivery of physical Design Studio Models.
You will get to lead a team of professionals in the development and build of armatures, design intent models and various other physical models in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do...
- Lead coordination efforts including work balancing, staffing and other resource deployment
- Lead the development and construction of physical models
- Lead the determination of best tools and techniques to deliver accurate Design executions
- Lead the delivery of assigned deliverables to program timing
- Interface with all levels and functions of the Design team
- Lead the delivery of high-quality physical models
- Develop methods to deliver to deliver high quality physical models with speed and accuracy.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
You'll have...
- Strong knowledge of model building materials, equipment and techniques
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to motivate team to respond to a demanding schedule
