Overview

Seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager (PMP required) to oversee strategic initiatives focused on workforce development, education and training pipelines, organizational culture, and future-oriented improvements. This role emphasizes aligning projects with emerging workforce and organizational needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects related to workforce development, training pipelines, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Design and implement governance structures, risk management, and decision-making frameworks.
  • Track and measure benefits and outcomes using defined KPIs.
  • Coordinate project management activities, schedules, documentation, and reporting.
  • Deliver knowledge transfer, training, and performance assessments to internal staff.
  • Provide leadership and oversight for initiatives supporting climate, workforce, and organizational trends.
  • Ensure timely submission of reports, deliverables, and final project documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree (or equivalent with 4 years of additional experience).
  • Valid and current PMP Certification.
  • 2+ years (within the last 10 years) developing project management policies, templates, and tools.
  • 2+ years managing projects with budgets of at least $500K in government or large organizations ($150M+ departmental budgets).
  • At least 1 year in a lead project management capacity.
  • Experience with performance management, workforce development, and organizational improvement initiatives.
  • Strong ability to analyze emerging trends and adapt project strategies accordingly.
