AEM Developer (Front End)

Responsibilities- Design and develop scalable, secure, and accessible front-end components for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platforms, specifically for financial services websites and customer portals.
Translate complex regulatory and business requirements into responsive, WCAG-compliant front-end experiences using HTL, JavaScript (ES6+), CSS/SASS, and frameworks like React or Angular.
Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, AEM back-end engineers, compliance teams, and product owners to deliver pixel-perfect, performance-optimized digital experiences.
Customize and extend AEM Core Components to support personalized and dynamic content delivery across multi-site and multilingual implementations.
Drive front-end development standards, conduct peer code reviews, and mentor junior developers, ensuring compliance with financial industry security and accessibility requirements.
