AEM Lead Developer

We are seeking an experienced AEM Lead with deep expertise in AEM backend development, AWS integration, and proven experience in solution design and project planning. The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience implementing AI chatbots and conversational interfaces within enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of AEM solutions, focusing on backend architecture and integrations.
Architect and implement integrations between AEM and AWS services.
Oversee project planning, technical design, and solution delivery, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Design and integrate AI chatbot solutions to enhance user engagement and automate support workflows.
Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and DevOps teams to define technical strategies and best practices.
Mentor and guide development teams, conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to standards.
Troubleshoot complex issues and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience with AEM backend development and architecture.
Strong knowledge of AWS services and integration patterns.
Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI chatbot solutions.
Proven track record in solution design, technical planning, and project leadership.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and agile methodologies is a plus.
