In this role, you will take ownership of designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable AI/ML infrastructure while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

This position requires deep expertise in frontier AI/ML systems, model development, system implementation, and strong proficiency in modern programming languages.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a next-generation composable AI/ML stack leveraging AWS services and the Apache Arrow ecosystem.
• Apply and integrate principles of composable AI/ML architectures to improve system flexibility, scalability, and maintainability.
• Own and lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML infrastructure and platform engineering initiatives.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and product stakeholders to define system requirements and deliver robust solutions.
• Ensure the AI/ML platform is scalable, reliable, performant, and easy to maintain.
• Write clean, efficient, well-documented code across multiple programming languages.
• Optimize and tune AI/ML pipelines, data processing workflows, and system performance.
• Stay current with emerging trends in AI/ML engineering, large-scale ML systems, and data infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• experience as a Senior Software Engineer or AI/ML Engineer working on large-scale AI/ML systems.
• Strong programming expertise in Java, C/C++, and Rust.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Arrow and its surrounding tooling ecosystem.
• Understanding of composable AI/ML system design principles.
• Familiarity with modern AI/ML warehousing, data processing, and scalable compute frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
