Position Title: GenAI / Agentic AI Architect (Telecom & Enterprise Domains Exp)

Employment Type: Full-time/Remote

Job Summary:

12+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in AI/GenAI architecture.
Prior experience in Telecom, ITSM, HRM/Payroll, or Workday domains is highly desirable.
Core AI Expertise:
Strong experience in AI/ML, NLP, LLMs, RAG, multi-agent systems, and generative AI architectures.
Hands-on with Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, etc.) and MCP adoption.
Expertise in vector databases, embeddings, and context orchestration.
Domain Knowledge:
Telecom real estate & infrastructure processes.
IVR/contact center AI platforms (Avaya, Genesys, Twilio, Amazon Connect).
ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy).
