Location: 100% Onsite (NYC or Chicago)
Engagement: Part-time (20 hours per week)

Job Description:
We are seeking a Specialized Technical Consultant with deep expertise in next-generation AI agent frameworks. The consultant will serve as a subject matter expert, partnering closely with our development team to design and build advanced agents. This role requires both strong technical proficiency and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with developers and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Provide subject matter expertise in the requested technology or application.
- Collaborate directly with developers to design, implement, and optimize agents.
- Support clients in implementing, upgrading, or enhancing AI-driven solutions.
- Apply professional expertise to perform analysis, project management, and development activities.
- Ensure best practices, scalability, and maintainability in agent development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience developing agents using LangGraph or SmolAgents.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work side-by-side with development teams.
- Demonstrated subject matter expertise in advanced AI/ML frameworks and agentic workflows.
- Ability to quickly assess technical requirements and deliver optimized solutions.
