AI Technology Architect
Location: Richardson, TX & Dallas, TX (Full-Time, Onsite)
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an AI Technology Architect with deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Data Engineering, and Machine Learning Engineering (MLE). The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of designing, optimizing, and deploying scalable AI/ML and Generative AI platforms across hybrid and cloud-native environments.
Basic Qualifications
11+ years of experience in Information Technology.
6+ years of hands-on experience in AI, Data Engineering, building data pipelines, and processing large volumes of data.
  • 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering (MLE), Data Science, and Data Engineering with proven delivery of impactful solutions.
  • Architectural Optimization: Experience optimizing solution architectures with a focus on data security, privacy, application reliability, infrastructure scalability, and cost-efficiency for Data Science and Generative AI platforms.
  • Scalable AI Solution Deployment: Strong experience designing and implementing large-scale AI/ML solutions for distributed data and compute workloads across hybrid and cloud-native environments (including OCI).
  • Performance Tuning for AI/ML and GenAI Workloads: Hands-on expertise with hyperparameter tuning, optimization, and model performance improvements to maximize accuracy, efficiency, and resource utilization.
  • AI Full Stack Development: Experience in Python, Java, .NET, or JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js) and backend frameworks like Flask/Django, with exposure to REST APIs.
  • Programming Proficiency: Strong skills in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer-based visa sponsorship.

  • Good understanding of Agile software development frameworks.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in collaborative, multi-stakeholder environments across Business and Technology teams.
  • Experience working in a global delivery environment.
