Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8 12+ years of software development experience with at least 3+ years of hands-on Agiloft development OR AWS and Bedrock
- Strong expertise in AI/ML, NLP, LLM models, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and model fine-tuning.
- Solid programming knowledge in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience integrating AI components into operational workflow systems or CLM platforms.
- Proficiency in REST APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform).
- Strong understanding of contract management processes, legal workflows, or procurement systems.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and data modeling.
- Proven leadership experience in delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions.
