Description

We are looking for an innovative AI Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will design and implement AI-driven solutions that address operational challenges and enhance efficiency across various departments. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop scalable, secure, and impactful AI systems that align with business needs.

Responsibilities:

Develop and deploy AI models to optimize workflows in manufacturing, sales, marketing, human resources, and other business functions.

Design and refine intelligent systems and prompts to enhance customer interactions, employee support, and operational processes.

Collaborate with different business units to identify AI opportunities and deliver tailored solutions that address their specific needs.

Integrate structured and unstructured data into AI models to provide actionable insights and improve decision-making.

Evaluate and utilize approved AI tools, frameworks, and databases to meet business objectives effectively.

Share knowledge and best practices for AI tools and workflows with colleagues to support informal learning and skill development.

Document AI workflows, model architectures, and processes to ensure transparency and facilitate knowledge sharing within the organization.

Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and techniques to continuously enhance the effectiveness of deployed solutions.

Provide technical input on the adoption of tools and platforms while ensuring their alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or data science roles.
Proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
Hands-on expertise with prompt engineering, vector databases, and cloud-based deployment.
Familiarity with DevOps tools, including Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau, as well as libraries such as matplotlib.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Effective communication skills for collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams.
