Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Conversational AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy advanced, scalable conversational AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform). The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Vertex AI, CCAI, and Dialogflow (CX/ES) to deliver intelligent virtual agents that significantly enhance digital customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, and develop scalable chat Virtual Agent frameworks using Google Vertex AI, including Vertex AI Agent Engine and Google Agent Development Kit (ADK).

  • Build, customize, and optimize conversational flows using Dialogflow CX/ES, implementing advanced intent detection, context management, slot filling, and rich fulfillment.

  • Leverage NLP, LLM, and Generative AI models on Vertex AI for complex intent handling, summarization, entity extraction, and dynamic response generation.

  • Develop and maintain cloud-native Virtual Agent solutions using CCAI, Vertex AI, Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Cloud Storage, and BigQuery for real-time processing, analytics, and reporting.

  • Design, train, fine-tune, and deploy custom LLMs, transformer models, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to enhance chatbot intelligence.

  • Implement MLOps best practices for chatbot pipelines, including automated training, deployment, testing, monitoring, and versioning using Vertex AI Pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD workflows.

  • Develop and integrate REST APIs, gRPC services, and JSON-based interfaces for seamless system integrations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end conversational AI solutions.
