You Are:

We are seeking a leader to drive our AI & Data Solutions efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in enterprise AI transformations and the ability to engage effectively with C-level executives. This role requires a strategic leader to drive business outcomes through innovative AI and data initiatives and foster strong executive relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage teams to develop and deploy cutting-edge AI and data solutions that drive tangible business outcomes.
  • Architect and implement advanced AI systems to enhance data accuracy, compliance, and cost efficiencies.
  • Build and oversee multi-agent orchestration platforms to power AI-driven business intelligence.
  • Interact with C-level executives to align AI and data strategies with business objectives and secure stakeholder buy-in.
  • Implement best practices for delivery and operations, establishing accelerator programs to maximize asset reuse.
  • Communicate technical solutions and value propositions effectively to executive and non-technical stakeholders.

Skills:
  • Machine Learning - Experience with Regression, Gradient Boosting, Random Forest, Deep Learning models
  • Enterprise Architecture - Familiarity with delivering enterprise analytic solutions which includes ML & Data pipelines
  • Agentic AI - Experience delivering Agentic AI with foundation models leveraging lang graph, Google ADK or Crew.ai
  • Cross-functional Partnerships
  • Databricks experience or similar data platforms

Qualifications:
  • Over 7 years of experience in leading AI and data initiatives in a large enterprise or services organization.
  • Demonstrated expertise in machine learning, enterprise architecture, and agentic AI.
  • Experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Deep knowledge of analytics and ML Ops.
  • Strong background in digital transformation and cloud analytics projects across top cloud providers (Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Azure).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with C-level executives.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
