Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled Technology Solution Sales Specialist - Healthcare, AI & Analytics who will be responsible to drive our Service Line Sales within our Healthcare Solutions practice. This role will primarily focus on identifying and driving opportunities and solutions in Data, Analytics and AI within the practice.

We are looking for a key leader with deep expertise in data management, analytics and AI in the healthcare and life sciences sectors and experienced in driving revenue growth in this space.

Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of accounts for revenue growth, new business identification and conversion, establish and lead relationship with client stakeholders, and run financial and demand forecasts for your portfolio. You will be in a true P&L role - responsible for revenue and total contract value growth in data and analytics.
Creating growth strategy and plan for pipeline generation for Data, Intelligence and AI offerings
Key client and cognizant stakeholder management for the domain across multiple accounts in the healthcare space.
Management of the account plan under the guidance of the client partner, investing time in strengthening existing client relationships and building relationships with strategic new clients and stakeholders
Work with Delivery Teams to validate cost and scope of solutions, understand opportunities for expansion
Leading proactive proposals and RFPs
Partnering with internal leaders for solution storyboard, creation and execution.
P&L owner, responsible for sales, business development & Customer Relationship
Achieve annual revenue & total contract value targets
Work in a matrix organization, responsible for prospecting and other sales management goals designed
Collaboration with industry vertical teams, develop strong, long-term relationships with executives
Manage the end-to-end sales process

Required Skills/Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in a business growth / sales role in data modernization, analytics, AI and Machine Learning in the healthcare space.
Consulting experience, Market leadership, Relationship management, Sales quota attainment, and excellence in achieving both annual revenue and profitability targets.
Experience with data migration, data management, governance analytics, reporting or similar.
Excellent ability and aptitude to influence and communicate effectively with business stakeholders up to the C-Suite.
Experience with large scale consulting and program execution engagements in data, analytics, and AI space.
Experience navigating large organizations / internal stakeholders must be demonstrated
Has understanding of Google Cloud Platform, Azure, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks and how healthcare customers are using the technologies
Has understanding of Vendor Intelligence and AI tools such as PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau, Sagemaker, OpenAI etc.
Able to articulate 360-degree aspects of the data and insights life cycle across the business value chain and identify /shape opportunities for customer improvement
Strong technical skills with ability to find technical solutions to business problems and engage the potential customer with "consultative selling" is essential.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and executive presentation and persuasion skills are required
Able to interface at all levels of an organization
Knowledge of healthcare industry trends, customer pain points, potential opportunities in various areas like cloud, AI/ML, GenAI, modern data architecture, data governance, IoT and intelligent automation are highly desirable
Entrepreneurial attitude / ability to work independently to drive business to Cognizant
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills/Qualification:
Master's Degree in Computer Science preferred
