Core Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Architecture
o Define AI/ML architecture strategies aligned with organizational goals.
o Create roadmaps for AI adoption and integration across business units.
System Design & Development
o Architect and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and LangChain.
o Implement LLM fine-tuning (SFT, DPO, PEFT, LoRA, QLoRA) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Collaboration
o Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to deliver AI-driven features.
o Ensure compliance with ethical standards and industry regulations.
Performance Optimization
o Evaluate AI models using metrics like ROUGE, BLEU, and RAGAS.
o Continuously improve algorithms for accuracy and efficiency.
MLOps & Deployment
o Implement CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML projects.
o Deploy solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
