Job Details

Our client, a dynamic player in the financial services industry, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join their team. As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will be part of the Accounting Operations department supporting the Accounts Receivable team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong analytical abilities, and a high level of initiative which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Accounts Receivable Analyst
Location: Broken Arrow, OK
Pay Range: $25 per hour
Duration:3 months

What's the Job?
  • Guarantee timely posting of payments in SAP.
  • Provide feedback on team performance to set priorities and establish methods for monitoring quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other business units to identify and clear past due accounts.
  • Create and maintain reporting regarding status aging balances.
  • Research and reconcile all payments, including escalated invoice payment disputes in a timely manner.

What's Needed?
  • Associate Degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
  • 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Accounts Receivable.
  • Knowledge of SAP or similar systems.
  • Proficient with Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
