ob Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable (AR) Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Accounts Receivable Cloud to support and optimize AR processes. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of invoicing, credit memos, collections, and revenue recognition, along with experience configuring AR transactions and collaborating on integrations with Revenue Management Cloud Services (RMCS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain AR transactions, sources, customer setups, and accounting rules to meet business requirements.

  • Support billing, adjustments, credit memos, receipts, and collections processes.

  • Collaborate with Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and revenue recognition.

  • Assist in the design and execution of AR-related integrations, including seamless interaction with RMCS for revenue recognition.

  • Develop and maintain AR reports, dashboards, and reconciliations to support operational and financial needs.

  • Provide functional guidance, perform system testing, and support UAT for AR enhancements or new implementations.

  • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.

  • Prepare functional documentation including BRDs, configuration guides, and process flows.

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Oracle Accounts Receivable Cloud and related Finance modules.

  • Strong understanding of invoicing, credit memos, collections, and revenue recognition processes.

  • Familiarity with RMCS integration for revenue recognition.

  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud implementations (at least one end-to-end project preferred).

Skills & Competencies:

  • Ability to configure AR transactions, sources, and accounting rules for various business scenarios.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with Finance and Technical teams.

  • Knowledge of Oracle BI/OTBI reporting tools is a plus.

  • Attention to detail with the ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
