Role: ARCS Functional Consultant
Location: Exton, PA (Day 1 Onsite)
Job Description:
ARCS Functional Consultant (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct client workshops to gather and document business requirements for account reconciliations.
- Lead or participate in the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle ARCS solutions.
- Develop functional documentation including BRDs, functional specs, UAT scenarios, and training material.
- Configure and maintain profiles, formats, rules, and mappings in ARCS.
- Act as the client-facing functional lead during implementations
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years overall with proven Oracle EPM functional experience with at least 1 end-to-end ARCS implementations.
- Strong knowledge of ARCS modules: Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching.
- Experience with defining reconciliation formats, profiles, rules, and workflow configurations.
- Hands-on experience with data integrations and working with Data Management / FDMEE.
- Deep understanding of different reconciliation use cases.
- Strong communication skills and experience in client-facing roles.
- Ability to prepare functional documents and lead business discussions independently.
- Experience with Transaction Matching module is highly desirable.
- Experience working in Agile methodology is a plus.
- Oracle ARCS certification is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
ARCS Technical Consultant (Offshore)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop data integrations between ARCS and source/target systems (Oracle ERP Cloud, flat files etc.)
- Work closely with functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Build reconciliation formats, profiles, rules, and workflow configurations.
- Participate in unit testing, system integration testing, and deployment activities.
- Maintain technical documentation, including integration design, script references, and troubleshooting guides.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Min 1 end-to-end implementation experience with Oracle ARCS (including Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching).
- Strong knowledge & Hands-on Experience on reconciliation formats, profiles, rules, and workflow configurations.
- Hands-on Experience on integrating Source system (GL, Flat Files etc.) to ARCS.
- Hands-on experience on Transaction matching with Matching Rules, Match Types, Auto Matching is a must
- Good knowledge of GL data structures and reconciliation data preparation logic.
- Basic understanding of functional aspects of ARCS to map technical tasks to business requirements.
- Oracle EPM ARCS certifications is a plus.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with onshore counterpart.
