Job Details

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer, configure, and maintain AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, etc.).

  • Manage user access, roles, and permissions ensuring security best practices.

  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize AWS resources for cost and efficiency.

  • Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions.

  • Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to support deployments and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Ensure compliance with cloud governance, security, and regulatory requirements.

  • Automate routine administrative tasks using scripting or AWS tools.

  • Provide documentation, reporting, and knowledge sharing with team members.




Required Skills

  • Proven experience as an AWS Administrator or similar cloud administration role.

  • Strong knowledge of AWS core services (EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, VPC, etc.).

  • Experience with monitoring, logging, and cost optimization in AWS.

  • Familiarity with Linux/Windows system administration.

  • Good understanding of networking concepts (DNS, load balancing, firewalls, VPNs).

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills - a true team player.




Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect / SysOps Administrator certification.

  • Experience with automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).

  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
