Account Growth Director, Retail (SR-30053)

This role offers the opportunity to shape growth strategies for large-scale retail clients, leveraging expertise across AI, data, engineering, and behavioral sciences.

Responsibilities
Drive new business opportunities in select retail accounts, managing services sales and margin targets.
Build and nurture multi-threaded client relationships, positioning solutions to address client challenges.
Apply deep retail and technology expertise to assess, educate, and advise clients on business value.
Lead solution sales campaigns, independently managing opportunities and closing deals.
Partner with solution teams on business development, pre-sales, and consultative engagements.
Represent the full portfolio, including AI, Data Engineering, Cloud, Customer Analytics, Personalization, and more.
Success Profile
Proven track record of strategic engagements in retail accounts for analytics and technology services.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive revenue growth.
Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, engaging stakeholders from technical to C-level.
Experienced people leader, capable of managing global teams while achieving account growth.
Qualifications
15+ years in the data & analytics industry with direct client engagement.
Strong retail data & analytics expertise across supply chain, customer analytics, digital, marketing, personalization, experimentation, and cloud.
Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field preferred.
Hands-on experience with visualization tools, advanced analytics, or cloud data tech is a plus.
Excellent communication and consultative skills, comfortable with ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
Willingness to travel as needed.
