Job Description:
- We are seeking a Product Solutions Consultant with deep expertise in digital advertising platforms, to support product initiatives, early feature testing, and customer enablement.
- This role bridges product, support, and training, ensuring smooth adoption of new ad features and providing actionable insights from customer cases.
- This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of product, advertising, and enablement you ll test new features, analyze customer cases, and prepare the resources that help teams and customers succeed with product launches.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer cases to identify patterns, root causes, and actionable recommendations for product and customer success teams.
- Interact with Meta/LinkedIn/Google Ads (including alpha and beta product features) to test functionality, provide structured feedback, and answer stakeholder or customer questions.
- Partner with product managers and engineers to validate early-stage features and ensure readiness for market adoption.
- Prepare, update, and deliver product training documents, presentations, and knowledge resources to support new ad product launches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, Training) to manage projects and enable smooth rollouts.
- Communicate findings, updates, and best practices to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for advertising platforms, advising on campaign optimization, reporting, and adoption of new tools.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in digital advertising or ad tech, with strong hands-on exposure to Meta/LinkedIn/Google Ads and other online advertising platforms.
- 3+ years of product support, consulting, or solutions enablement experience.
- Proven ability to analyze campaign data, customer cases, and product feedback to drive insights.
- Experience working with alpha/beta features of advertising tools and providing structured feedback to product teams.
- Background in training development, enablement, or documentation for product rollouts is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with campaign optimization, reporting dashboards, and ad platform troubleshooting.
Skills:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis, campaign reporting, and trend identification.
- Ability to create and maintain training and enablement materials (slides, guides, videos, FAQs).
- Strong collaborative mindset comfortable working across Product, Engineering, and Customer teams.
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
