Advanced Product Advisor
What Does an Advanced Product Advisor Do at Fiserv?
As an Advanced Product Advisor, you will serve as a trusted advisor for Bankers, sales consultants, account managers, merchants, and other internal departments, providing one-stop service for troubleshooting Value Added Reseller (VAR), gateway, terminal, internet, and third-party network issues.
What You Will Do:
Conduct pre-sale research and make boarding decisions for new customers using various products, considering compliance with card associations and Fiserv guidelines.
Advise on Fiserv Integrated Partners Solutions Certified Listing (IPSCL) and work with Product Owners to provide feedback.
Prepare VAR set-up sheets for merchant onboarding of new products.
Support compliance mandates associated with specific products.
Coordinate pre-sale discovery calls with Sales, Merchants, Third-Party vendors, and Fiserv System teams as needed.
Provide Account Manager support for equipment orders and manage the departmental inbox for timely inquiries.
Handle Gateway Registration and Auto Boarded queues in BTD, create and process Gift Card orders, and manage Wells Fargo boarding approvals.
What You Will Need:
2 years of Merchant Services technical background/experience.
Strong technical skills for assisting with VAR, Gateway, Terminal, Internet, and third-party network support and escalations.
Ability to self-manage and work independently in investigating and consulting on product questions and escalations.
Ability to multi-task in high-volume workflows while meeting minimum productivity requirements.
Critical thinking skills, along with the ability to empathize and de-escalate emotional phone calls.
High School Diploma or HS Equivalent required.
What Would Be Great to Have:
Familiarity with CRM, Client Line, DataWire Creation, TASQ Web, Commerce Control Center, Merchant Manager, Microsoft Teams, Excel, and FDPOS.
Clover-POS experience.
Salary Range:
$52,000.00-$65,000.00
