Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned professional with hands-on experience building intelligent agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents), combined with strong product management and technical leadership skills. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical execution and business strategy delivering scalable AI-powered solutions aligned with user needs and business goals.
Skills:
- Technical expertise (especially with Copilot Studio & AI agents),
- Design, develop, and deploy conversational AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, Dynamics, Azure, APIs).
- Optimize natural language understanding (NLU), intents, triggers, and generative AI integrations.
- Design custom connectors, plugins, or actions as needed.
- Implement analytics and continuous improvement processes for agents (Power BI, telemetry, feedback loops).
- Project and team management experience
- Communication and leadership skills,
- And business acumen for delivering product outcomes.
