Job Description:
The AgentForce Sales Cloud Tech Lead is a high-impact role focused on technical leadership, innovation, and seamless delivery of advanced Salesforce Sales Cloud and AgentForce solutions for enterprise-scale organizations.
Core Responsibilities-
Oversee application support, enhancements, and production for AgentForce solutions with Sales Cloud integrations.
Lead design, architecture, and technical solutioning for scalable Salesforce environments, including scenario planning, customer journeys, system flow mapping, solution prototyping, configuration, testing, and user training.
Translate business requirements gathered from stakeholders into effective technical implementations on the AgentForce platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with best practices.
Mentor and guide development teams, providing code reviews and fostering team growth.
Direct technical roadmap planning for Salesforce (Sales Cloud and AgentForce), staying updated with platform innovations and driving continuous improvement.
Skills and Qualifications-
Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, AgentForce platform, and related technologies such as Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integration approaches (REST/SOAP).
Proven experience in architecture, production support, and enhancements of Salesforce ecosystems.
Leadership in technical delivery and operational excellence, managing onshore/offshore teams and collaborating with multi-disciplinary stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of deployment, security, user management, reporting, workflows, automation tools, and analytics on Salesforce.
Excellent communication skills for bridging technical teams and business stakeholders.
