All interviews will be held virtually through MS Teams. Contractors may onboard and work remotely. Out-of-state candidates will be accepted.

Location: Remote

The Agile Tester represents the testing discipline on an Agile Development Team, or a team that will be transitioning to agile. They work with the Developers and BA's to ensure a quality product is delivered. They execute and validate manual and automated test cases based upon user stories or requirements. They identify and document defects when performing test execution. A qualified candidate will possess 3+ years' experience in Information Technology, would have at least 1 year working on an Agile Team and would have created automated tests.

Specific skills for this request:
The ideal candidate will have experience in P&C Insurance Policy Administration Systems, specifically Commercial Lines, has proven leadership skills and takes initiative.

Additional Information:
  • Looking for people who can challenge the status quo & suggest ideas for utilizing automation. Energetic, innovative people.
  • Candidate must be able to speak on the following:
  • Describe your role on your two most recent projects
  • Describe how you create automated tests and where you use them
  • Describe your level of proficiency and recent experience working with
  • Writing SQL queries
  • API testing
  • Scripting languages
