Agile Scrum Master

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Agile Scrum Master in Merrimack, NH.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Jira:
* Working as a scrum team member
* Full-time scrum master leading an Agile Scrum Team
* Forecasting, estimating, and planning in an agile environment
* Agile at scale (preferably Scrum@Scale)

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Scrum.org Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or Scrum.inc Registered Scrum Master (RSM) certification; SAFe SSM and PMI ACP will be considered
* At least 5 years of dedicated experience as a full-time scrum master leading an Agile Scrum Team
* Jira experience
* Experience working as a scrum team member
* Experiences forecasting, estimating, and planning in an agile environment
* Possess excellent communication and people-interaction skills and can rapidly build trust and positively influence others at all levels of the organization
* You demonstrate a continuous improvement approach
* You are a proven change agent capable of coaching agile practices to teams and individuals from across different functions, experiences and geographies as they work through new and unfamiliar situations
* You are an effective facilitator and can brainstorm with the team to generate solutions that address challenges and roadblocks to accelerating value delivery
* You are intellectually curious and passionate about learning new skills, and model a culture of continuous learning, mentoring and coaching
* You are effective at negotiation and impediment removal

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
