Job Description

Airtable or low code relationship database experience required.
The IS&T Configuration Team for tv+ and Music is seeking an Airtable Engineer to support the development, implementation, and documentation of Airtable Low Code solutions.
This role requires an extremely detail-oriented, analytical, and empathetic person who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with experience in Airtable implementations and can work cross-functionally.

They will need to have clear and effective communication skills and be able to work well with teams across our business.

Responsibilities
Supporting the Program Manager with Airtable builds, testing, and maintenance
Assisting in deployment of Airtable processes and workflows across teams
Developing documentation and training materials for new processes and workflows
Leading training sessions, and acting as point of contact for user feedback and questions
Monitoring quality of tools to ensure all business requirements are met
Managing and tracking any bugs and identifying missing functionalities
Validating product in both test and production environments
Supporting in authenticating the functionality of a build
Intaking new use cases and validating for limitations and security requirements
Working with end-users to provide good business partnership that keeps them happy and working efficiently

Key qualifications

Experience implementing and documenting new processes across a new organization
Experience deploying UAT plans and tracking key project milestones, deadlines, and statuses
Experience testing and implementing workflow management systems or software
Ability to retain new information and learn workflows quickly
Ability to analyze processes and recommend improvements
Ability to establish clear milestones and meet commitments on deadlines
Experience handling sensitive and classified information/data with the upmost discretion
Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Must possess a resourceful and "can-do" attitude (no job too small)
Communicates effectively with all personnel levels (staff to executive)

Experience

2+ years hands-on Airtable development or other low code application development
