Preferred Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Connect (certifications or badges preferred).
- Proven track record in large-scale technical consulting or architecture engagements.
- Experience migrating legacy contact center systems to the cloud.
- Familiarity with enterprise services and dev tools/processes.
- Excellent communication skills for engagement across executives, IT, and developer teams
