An AI expert to build a new age EMR

A healthcare startup with seed funding is looking for an AI specialist with ML and LLM proficiency. You will work on our AI-powered customer-centric EMR system.

We are building an Electronic Medical Records system for patients. Many patients want greater control over their care, and current MyChart offers by major hospitals are either too confusing or inefficient. You will help us build a predictive analytics platform, with ongoing recommendations for patients and coordination with their doctors. The customer interaction aspect will be handled by generative AI, so experience working with LLMs is important. The system will be powered by ML. You should be well-versed with predictive analytics, so expertise with regression analysis, decision trees, and neural networks is important. Experience with EMR/HER and familiarity with appropriate compliance matrix are also needed.

For too long patients have been at the mercy of overly short doctor visits at their PCPs or via telehealth, generally not fully understanding instructions or reasons for procedures and prescriptions. It s time to give control back to the people receiving care, not overburdened providers, trying to balance their P&Ls, while paying off medical school loans and collecting co-pays.
