Job Details

Hansen Talent Group is seeking a Performance Load Test Analyst to work for a large enterprise in Columbia, SC.

What you ll do:

  • Design and execute automated and manual load/stress tests for complex applications.

  • Monitor system performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements.

  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to support cloud-based application testing.

  • Implement test suites into CI/CD pipelines and ensure compliance with CMS standards.

  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to performance best practices.

What you need:

  • Proficiency with tools such as JMeter, BlazeMeter, LoadRunner, Selenium, Postman, TestNG, and SoapUI.

  • Strong SQL, REST/SOAP API testing, and cloud testing experience (AWS preferred).

  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub, AWS CodePipeline) and performance monitoring (CloudWatch, CloudTrail).
