ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are seeking a Data-Driven Analytics Manager to support our paid media analytics function. In this role, you will be responsible for surfacing data-driven strategic opportunities for the Executive Leadership team, with a focus on optimizing our paid media spend globally through advanced experimentation and statistical analysis.

As an Analytics Manager, you will...
- Design and execute A/B tests, multivariate experiments, and other analytical studies to uncover insights that can drive continuous improvement in our paid media strategies
- Collaborate closely with the media team to analyze testing data, identify opportunities for optimization, and make data-driven recommendations
- Foster a data-driven culture within the marketing organization, educating teams on analytical techniques and empowering them to make more informed decisions
- Partner cross-functionally with other analytical and business intelligence teams to align on shared metrics and leverage synergies

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 4+ years of relevant professional experience in analytical field (e.g. Analytics, Business Intelligence, Management Consulting, Research), or advanced technical degree in quantitative field with 2+ years of experience, including internship or relevant academic work
- Understanding of experimental design, statistical analysis, and hypothesis testing
- Experience collaborating effectively with teams to successfully plan and execute analytical projects
- Advanced experience with SQL, Python or R
- Experience using GenAI tools
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in a relevant quantitative field (e.g. Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science)
- 5+ years of experience in a data analytics or experimental insights role, ideally within a marketing or media environment
- Demonstrated expertise in experimental design, statistical modeling, and data analysis techniques
- Track record of using data to drive tangible business impact and influence key strategic decisions
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies, methods, and analytical approaches
- Familiarity with paid media platforms and associated measurement/reporting capabilities
- Ability to effectively communicate complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Project management skills and experience leading cross-functional initiatives
- Passion for staying up-to-date on the latest analytics trends, tools, and best practices
- Flexible mindset and eagerness to continuously learn and expand skill set
- Communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex insights for diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $89,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
