This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Design and develop Anaplan models to support workforce planning and execution strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Anaplan solutions.
- Maintain and optimize existing Anaplan models to improve performance and scalability.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within Anaplan models by integrating data from various sources.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as an Anaplan Model Builder, with a proven track record in developing and implementing Anaplan solutions.
- Anaplan Model Builder Certification (Level 2) required, Certified Anaplan Solution Architect (or higher) is preferred.
- Strong understanding of workforce planning processes and methodologies.
- Proficiency in data integration and management, with experience in handling large datasets.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting within the investment management industry
- Experience in the software delivery process, with a focus on Agile techniques
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
