Join a globally known consumer device company as an Android Software QA working on a team to automate and perform test execution for various Cloud services including requirement gathering, design analysis, test case review, and to design test cases. We’re looking for a highly communicative individual who knowledge in Testing concepts, Android testing, client-server Applications.

Responsibilities:

Dive deep into design/architecture alongside with requirements to design cases.

Create & execute test cases covering E2E scenarios.

Build maintainable, high quality and effective automated tests.

Defect debugging, logging and defect tracking until bug closure.

End to end testing of a product including automation on android mobile devices.

Co-ordinate with program management, Developers and QA leads.

Takes ownership/responsibility for the product quality during monthly releases.

Help in building Engineering culture that enables quality in all software features.

Required Skillset:

4 – 8 years’ experience in testing with minimum 2 Years’ experience in Testing Android applications

3+ Years Experience in Android Automation

Extensive coding skills in Java or Python.

Proficient with debugging skills (ADB or any other debugging tools) and experience with different debugging tools is essential.

Excellent understanding of QA processes and methodologies

Bonus Skillset:

Experience in Selenium and Robotium framework.

• Experience in REST API Automation.

Location: Mountain View, CA (Hybrid schedule working onsite 3 days/ week)

Type: Contract

Duration: 12+ months

Pay Range: $65/hr-$75/hr (DOE)
