Angular/.NET Developer

Acquisition Readiness (AR30) IT Division at Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Corona is a matrix organization with over one hundred team members collaborating across IT Project Management, Software Development, Data Management, and Infrastructure and Cybersecurity branches to accomplish our mission in developing and managing innovative information technology business solutions to support decision makers with accurate and timely information. NSWC Corona consists mostly of civilian employees with some active duty and reserve Sailors organized under four departments. Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, information technology, or related field. 
• 3+ years in the software development career field. 
• 2+ years of experience with .NET [Core] and C#. 
• 2+ years of experience with Angular (version 14 or higher preferred). 
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript/ECMAScript. 
• Strong understanding of relational databases with experience writing queries for relevant platform(s). 
• Familiarity with Azure services is a PLUS. 
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and platforms (particularly Azure DevOps) is a PLUS. 
• Experience working with and employing Agile methodologies. 
• Experience providing technical guidance and leadership to a group of IT professionals. 
• Able to obtain and maintain a DoD SECRET security clearance. 

Responsibilities 

• Develop and maintain front and backend for various business applications.
• Build dynamic, responsive user interfaces using Angular.
• Build backend and web services using C#.
• Provide mentorship to other software development team members as required.
• Review and approve occasional pull requests from software development team members. 
• Ensures software is compliant with latest Application STIGs (Software Technical Implementation Guideline). 
• Keep up-to-date with latest industry trends and developments. 
• Communicate regularly with team members via Microsoft Teams or MatterMost. 

Salary Range: $80,000 USD - $158,000 USD Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
