Job Description:
>> Design, build, and operate Apache Kafka clusters (MSK Confluent)
>> Kafka Connect, Streams, and Schema Registry implementation
>> Performance tuning, partition replica strategy, and monitoring (Prometheus Grafana)
>> Security governance ACLs, RBAC, TLS, and data retention policies
>> Troubleshooting producer consumer issues and exactly-once semantics
