Senior Appian Business Analyst
Remote
- Lead business requirement workshops and translate needs into Appian functional specs.
- Collaborate with developers to design workflows using Appian Process Models and Records.
- Analyze and optimize business processes leveraging Appian Data Stores and CDT structures.
- Create user stories and wireframes aligned with Appian Interface design standards.
- Support rule-based logic definition using Appian Expression Rules and Decision Tables.
- Facilitate UAT, defect triage, and ensure alignment with Appian best practices.
- Document integration needs involving Appian Web APIs and Connected Systems.
- Work closely with stakeholders to manage Appian Task and Tempo experiences.
- Mentor junior analysts and promote Appian platform awareness across teams.
- Requires 8+ years of BPM experience with 2+ years in Appian-led programs.
