all visa except OPT/CPT We’re seeking a skilled Appian Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade workflow solutions for Cotiviti. This role is central to their Payment BU initiatives, focusing on workflow intelligence, client inquiry optimization, and scalable automation using Appian. You’ll also play a key role in building a Low-Code Center of Excellence (CoE), partnering with cross-functional teams, and contributing to Cotiviti’s broader digital transformation. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end Appian architecture and solution design
Collaborate with Cotiviti architects on client-facing workflows
Define standards and best practices for scalable, secure, low-code applications
Support Appian DevOps, CI/CD, and integration efforts
Mentor developers and contribute to Appian CoE governance Requirements: 10+ years in application architecture
3+ years in hands-on Appian development (production-level)
Strong skills in AEL, RDBMS design, APIs, SSO/RBAC, and Appian UX
Experience with workflow tools (JBPM, Camunda, etc.) is a plus
Familiar with Agile/SAFe development Nice to have Appian Senior Developer Certification
Background in healthcare IT or payment integrity
Experience building or scaling low-code CoEs
