Application Architect

Genesis10 is currently seeking an Application Architect with our client in the financial industry located in Jacksonville, FL and Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Product Owners, UX team, technical leads internal team to produce software design and frontend development
• Contribute to story refinement/defining requirements and story estimation
• Implement design into building HTML pages for handoff to backend development
• Code solutions and unit test to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements
• Assist team with resolving technical complexities involved in realizing story work
• Contribute to existing test suites (integration, regression, performance), analyze test reports, identify any test issues/errors, and triage the underlying cause
• Document and communicate required information for deployment, maintenance, support, and business functionality
• Participate, contribute, and coach team members in the delivery/release (CI-CD) events, e.g. branching timelines, pull requests, issue triage, merge/conflict resolution, release notes

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of Web Development experience using frontend technologies like CSS3, JavaScript, React, Blazor, jQuery, Bootstrap, Ajax, JSON, and HTML5
• Graphical Design experience of wireframes/mockups using Dreamweaver and Invision
• Basic Visual Studio knowledge
• Extensive experience with building API based architecture
• Able to work in an agile environment using Jira to manage work
• Experience with Git/Bitbucket source control
• Able to work within branding guidelines and understand AA and AAA standards for ADA/accessibility
• Comfortable working independently on the frontend
• Ability to communicate to technical and non-technical audience
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Pay range: $60.24 - $68.24
