Role: Application Architect with Salesforce Field Service (SFS)
Location: Hybrid Dallas, TX (Remote may be considered for super strong candidates)
Client: IBM/AT&T
Rate: $70/hr

Job Description:
We are looking for a Field Service Lead / Application Architect with strong expertise in Salesforce Field Service (SFS) to design, implement, and lead deployment of Salesforce solutions along with integrating applications such as Oracle, Manhattan, and 3rd Party systems.

The ideal candidate will drive discovery sessions, solution design, oversee integrations, and ensure scalability, performance, and security across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead client discovery sessions, define requirements, and translate business processes into technical solutions.
  • Design scalable, secure Salesforce Field Service solutions aligned with best practices.
  • Provide technical oversight for integrations, data models, and performance optimization.
  • Guide and mentor teams, providing hands-on support with Flows, scheduling policies, and work rules.
  • Oversee UAT/SIT testing activities to ensure solution quality and functionality.
  • Manage stakeholders, act as a trusted advisor, and communicate technical concepts effectively.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong Salesforce Field Service (SFS) expertise: scheduling, optimization, resource management, inventory, mobile workforce management app.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce data models, integrations, and multi-component solution design.
  • Hands-on Salesforce configuration (Flows, security features).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
