Application Developer / Support Engineer (SQL, C#, PowerShell)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3+ years of experience supporting enterprise level applications (COTS or custom-built).
3+ years of hands-on experience working with relational databases (MS SQL Server or Oracle), including writing and reading SQL queries.
2+ years of experience with software development and scripting (e.g., Java, C#, Python, PowerShell, or similar).
3+ years of demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills with persistence and attention to detail.
3+ years of experience with IT processes for change management, incident tracking, and system upgrades.
3+ years of customer service orientation and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience supporting applications in aviation, transportation, or other mission-critical environments.
Familiarity with reporting platforms such as Microsoft SSRS.
Decompiling or analyzing application code to assist in troubleshooting.
Understanding of IT security standards and compliance frameworks (e.g., PCI DSS).
Experience with version control, DevOps, or cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.).
Microsoft or equivalent technical certifications.
