Job Details

Role: Application Engineer
Location: Cincinnati, OH (Onsite, 5 Days)
Duration: 3-6+ Months

3-5 years experience

Must-Have Skills

  • Proficient in Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript
  • Experience with frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, .NET, Node.js, Angular, React)
  • Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
  • RESTful API design/integration experience
  • Familiarity with SQL and/or NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
  • Knowledge of version control (Git)
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain software per requirements
  • Implement features, enhancements, and bug fixes
  • Write and execute tests (unit, integration, system)
  • Collaborate with product, design, QA, and engineering teams
  • Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and support applications
  • Maintain up-to-date technical documentation
  • Contribute to process improvements and keep current with new technologies
Nice to Have
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps
  • Exposure to Docker/Kubernetes
  • Mobile app development experience
