Title: Application Programmer

Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract

Compensation
Pay Range:$40.94-$58.49/Hr

Description
Provide front-line support to end users.
Respond to issues related to incidents and problem management.
Lead triage activities on business-impacting incidents.
Maintain production stability and ensure compliance with incident management policies.
Serve as a focal point for customer, client, and associate experience.
Restore complex production incidents under tight Service Level Agreements.
Pursue root cause and problem resolution follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain production stability and compliance with management policies.
Serve as a focal point for customer, client, and associate experience.
Restore complex production incidents under tight Service Level Agreements.
Pursue root cause and problem resolution follow-ups.

Qualifications
5 years of experience in a production support role.
Experience in web services development or support.
Experience with databases and able to build medium to complex SQL queries.
Experience with Windows, Linux operating systems, and Unix commands.
Experience with job scheduling tools.
Familiarity with monitoring tools.
Must be a self-driven problem solver with excellent communication skills.
