- The role is responsible for helping to develop and deliver processes that will assist the organization accomplish a set of key goals focusing on transparency of where the workforce spend their time.
- Key responsibilities include data analysis, running data and process gathering and design sessions and developing material including process documentation, training and education material, as well as capturing business requirements for the successful development of management level operational dashboards.

responsibilities:
- Process Design and Documentation - Has experience with data gathering for organizational wide process design and contributed to the development of procedural documentation
- Data Analysis - Has experience in performing large volume data analysis to develop thematic analytical output, as well as identifying correlation and trend information from the data, which can be used as foundation for transformational change
qualifications:
- Data Models/Dashboards - Experience with constructing and sustaining data models and capturing and recording requirements for the development of operational dashboards

- Agile, JIRA, Tableau, MicroStrategy, ITSM
