Title: Application Support Engineer

Location: 100% On-Site (San Antonio, TX )

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional technical support for a variety of healthcare applications, including Agfa Enterprise Imaging, LifeImage, Provation, PowerScribe, and more (see full list below).
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently and accurately.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure optimal application performance.
Document solutions and maintain a knowledge base for future reference.
Stay up-to-date on the latest healthcare technology trends.

Bonus points if you have:

Experience supporting applications in a hospital environment (We understand the specific needs of this setting!)
Familiarity with medical imaging systems
