WHERE IS IT LOCATED:
  • Hybrid onsite role in Charlotte, NC (Ballantyne Area)

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
  • Apply systems experience, knowledge, and analytical skills to resolve production support issues.
  • Provide technical expertise to support business systems and processes for systems users.
  • Offer secondary support for Operations logging (elogger), PeopleSoft FIN/SCM, or Maximo maintenance management systems.
  • Collaborate with the Lead System Analyst to provide support for small projects, enhancements, and upgrades.
  • Offer technical support for M&A and divestiture activities.
  • Learn and understand process flows and the downstream and upstream impacts of changes to those flows.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of technical experience supporting and maintaining either PeopleSoft FIN/SCM OR Maximo.
  • Technical knowledge of the PeopleSoft Platform (PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, Web Service integration, App Designer, SQR) OR Maximo Platform (Customizations, BIRT Reporting, Cron tasks, Rules Manager).
  • Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle RDBMS, including query development and data manipulation to/from various database systems.
  • Functional Knowledge of Maximo or PeopleSoft is a plus.
  • Familiarity with change management processes and documentation related to quality assurance.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment with multiple internal customers, as well as the capability to work independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage high demands and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, Access).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure AI/ML/RPA tools is advantageous but not mandatory.
